As for the "connect with me", it's not a widget. You need to take the icons (you can create them or use some you find on the net) and put them on an image photo hosting (like Photobucket), then you have to put the HTML code on blogger (Dashboard -> Layout -> Add a Gadget ->  HTML/JavaScript) but of course you need to add the link of your social networks.
