Hi Gwynneth, my name is Larry Rodness and I am inquiring about receiving a review on my newest YA novel entitled, "Perverse", published by Itoh Press in both print and electronic formats. Synopsis as follows:
19 year old Emylene Stipe is a 2nd generation Goth who, like every teenage girl, is trying to find her place in the world. One night she comes upon an old painting in an antique store and is compelled to purchase it. When she brings it home an image of a young woman appears in the sketch and then magically materializes in her apartment. Emylene nick-names her 'Poinsettia' and they soon become fast friends. But Poinsettia has an ulterior motive for her sudden and strange intrusion into her host's life which causes Emylene to question her whole belief system.
Hi, I wanted to greet you as I just joined the website. I have recently published a FREE (donation based) eBook and I would be thrilled if you included a review on your site. Here is a ditty about it:
Hey Gwyneth, I'm new follower of your blog and also bumped the blog with +1 on google+. When you get a chance visit http://iron2112fist.blogspot.com/ and if you like it follow and + back.
You forgot to add your email address to your comment on the Taste review request. Please let me know where you contact you so I can send your review copy. :-)
I've found you on Facebook so I'll follow you from there if that's OK. I will definitely be reading, sharing and commenting on your page and will always follow the links back to blog posts too. You are quite right though our blogs are VERY different and I really like that I'm being exposed to things outside of my normal comfort zone at the moment.
Thanks. I am now following you, love your header. Since you on blogger you would have to subsribe either to rss feed there is a plus follow button bottom of screed and orange button on top but since you brought this you may not be the only one thinking this so I might need to do something else. Thanks for your input.
Thanks for looking at my blog - I will definitely check yours out tonight - taking a quick break from reviewing a book! I'm sorry you couldn't follow me. I've added a widget which I hope helps (not very technical!) Look forward to reading your unique blog, it sounds very intriguing!
Thank you. We all love to read, and since we spend endless amounts of time with each other, reading, we decided we'd make the blog together. Yes, we write most of our reviews together, or partially together. (: Thanks for the follow, we've made sure to follow your blog, as well. Your blog, is different. But different is good, isn't it? Your novel sounds very intriguing, and we'd love to read it, when it releases. It hasn't been released yet, right?
Hello Gwynneth you are so sweet to think of my husband and I am sorry for your loss. I love your blog and the characters running it so to speak is really unique. I have never seen anything like that before. I appreciate the nice welcome I have been getting a lot of just follow my blog and nothing else. I appreciate your kids words. I am following back on linky and GF. I will be coming back on a regular basis to see how the characters go :).
Hello Gwynneth! Thanks for the welcome! I stopped over to your blog and joined. I think it's interesting that your blog is basically written from the POV of your characters. Great idea! I'm going to add Cursed to my "to read" list. Sounds intriguing.
After my profile became active I received at least 15 comments all saying more or less: visit my blog visit my blog visit my blog.
Interestingly none of those people even bother to CLICK on my blog (let alone read it or comment - I check the 'traffic sources' - there was onyl one entry from this site, presumbly yours!). And they all advertised this follow for follow, follow me I will follow you. I find it counter-productive and almost disgusting. I don't expect anyone to follow me just because I follow them. I only want them to follow me if they are genuinely interested in what I am writing and want to come back to read more. Similarly I am not going to follow anyone just to 'return the favour' as I don't have that much time on my hands. I am very selective with my reading material.
All that said, I found your blog quite interesting and original and I will read it as a guilty pleasure :D (because all YA & romance is guilty pleasure)
I actually thought about doing this before. I even thought about making a separate facebook page for one of my characters. Oh, and I looked for the message you sent but I didn't see one. I'm not sure why I didn't get it. Nice to meet you though, and I'm going to add you to the blogs I follow now.
It seems like I missed your comment....so I'm going to comment now that I can actually see yours. Thanks for following my blog. And yes, it's nice to meet LDS people. I think it's great that your novel is written by your characters from your novel. That is intriguing. I decided to follow your blog as well.

The generous seas do roam vividly,
And sacred words spoken earnestly.
People suffer and people go to war,
I just hope these words will go afar.
On 26-4-2013 I published a FREE book,
Indeed a feat of altruism, no crook!
I suffer in silence in every moment.
I have no money to publish a stunt.
I was just hoping for word-of-mouth
And email propagation as loudmouth.
Book is at: http://bookbooster.com/newage.htm
I accept feedback just at: percarus@hotmail.com
