Its free and a really easy way to compare books and reviews.  I have a lot more books that I have read, but I just recently started adding.  

Bloodsucking fiends was actually our first Christopher Moore book.  I wasn't sure if we would like it or not.  The cover looks like the book might be really scary, but it wasn't.  There are a few cross-over characters from Moore's other books, so you will feel right at home when he starts referring to them. If you love humor in with your vampires ... I would definitely recommend this trilogy. We listened to them and the narrator (Susan Bennett) was great!

Yes I am a big fan of Christopher Moore. I really enjoy books that make me laugh and his books normally make me laugh. My whole family enjoyed the books. We listened to them as audiobooks a few years back. Very funny! Especially the last one, Bite me. The narrator on that series was Susan Bennett. She did such an excellent job portraying Abby Normal. I highly recommend the three: Blood Sucking Fiends, You Suck and then Bite Me.

You are right, we have a lot in common.  I am on Book #6 of BDB right now.  I think # 5 will go down as one of my favorites.  Lots of stuff going on in that one.  I read some of the reviews and some folks didn't like so much stuff and wanted more romance, but I enjoyed all the stuff.  Will you be reading the next one?

For now I focus on welcoming new people or seeking out people who make interesting comments elsewhere on the site. There's so much to read and investigate! I'm mostly overwhelmed by the groups and discussions. By the time I check in, so many people have posted (usually fully covering my thoughts) that I wonder if I pulled a Rip Van Winkle.

Okay, so I'm totally coveting your 7 book BEA prize. What an amazing assortment of books. I'm adding several to my Goodreads list. MAN, I love what we find through friends on BB!
