Okay. Let's go by parts. First you can set up your Twitter account. You can use Twitter to write short notes of what you're up to or interesting things you've seen on the web, for example. Once you have a Twitter account, you can follow other accounts and other people will follow you. Go to Twitter.com. Under "New to Twitter? Join today!" fill out the name, email and password fileds and you're good to go! Let me know once you have your account so I can follow you and you can follow me back.
