Hello Aliaa.  Thank you for the welcome!  Blogging is new to me so please forgive my inabilities.  Hopefully I'll get the hang of this quickly!  :)  I checked out your blog and guess what?  I'm Italian!  My grandmother spoke to us in broken English, so I learned Italian early on.  I took French in h.s. and loved it!  My love for languages continued as I became a medical transcriptionist and did that for years.  Languages are cool!  Anyway, nice to meet you, and keep learning!  :)

Hello, Aliaa! Thanks for welcoming me and nice to meet you. I am currently writing a book, a historical fiction, whose main character is an arab muslim woman of the 11th century (around 652 in the muslim calendar, if I am not mistaken), who will get involved with the crusades and eventually convert to christianism. May I ask you some aspects of the daily life of the young, unmarried muslim woman? Of course, pertaining the time span of the book.
