Hi Barb. If you already have facebook and Twitter accounts, all you have to do is add the links to your web page. I'm not familiar with weebly's templates, but I'm guessing you will find social buttons for your site by searching through their features (which they say are simply drag & drop). RSS feeds are used to publish updates. I wouldn't worry about that for now. And yes, URL is the address. Sorry, I don't think I was of much help. If you were using blogger instead of weebly I would be able to give you more tips...
